Pricing questions

Do credits expire?

Credits you buy never expire. Monthly plan credits reset when your plan renews, so they don’t carry over to the next month.

Which credits are used first?

Plan credits, then any credits you bought. So the credits that would reset are always the ones you spend first.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, any time, on the Credits & billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then stops. Credits you bought stay in your account.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. The new plan starts at your next renewal. Nothing is charged when you switch.

Do I pay when a Monitor finds nothing?

No. You pay 25 credits only for each new lead a Monitor emails you, and you choose the most leads one email can carry.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Every new account gets 50 free credits after confirming its email, enough for your first 2 leads. No card needed.

Can I get a refund?

Credits and plan payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
