Remove your name and contact details from DineTracer's restaurant leads, or ask us to access, delete or correct your information. You don't need an account.
Our leads come from public records such as liquor licenses, health permits and business filings. Some of them name a person: an owner, a license holder or a registered agent. Tell us your name and the state, and we'll stop showing your name and contact details to our customers right away.
Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to delete it or fix something that's wrong, or appeal how we handled an earlier request. A deletion request also removes your information from our leads right away, the same as the form above.
Removing your information. It takes effect as soon as you submit the form, on every DineTracer record in that state that names you. We also stop looking up contact details for you. We can't recall copies of leads that customers downloaded before your request.
Access, deletion and correction. We check what you send us against what we hold, and we may email you to confirm it's you. We reply within 45 days. If we need longer, we'll tell you why, and we may take up to 45 more days.
Someone acting for you. An authorized agent can make a request for you. Choose "Someone they authorized" in the form, and we'll email them to ask for your signed permission.
Appeals. If you disagree with how we handled a request, choose Appeal and include the request number from our email. We'll decide within 45 days. If we turn down your appeal, you can contact your state Attorney General.
Other ways to ask. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". Include your name, the state, the business name and address, and what you'd like us to do.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load Google Analytics for you.
DineTracer customers. You can delete your own account on the Account page. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
